Is Sezra free to use?
Yes. All core features — AI vision, navigation, guard mode, household help, and emergency calling — are free. Books, audio games, and community features are included for founding members. No subscription required for the essentials.
What languages does Sezra support?
Sezra supports 16 languages natively: English, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, French, Spanish, Chinese, Turkish, Urdu, Filipino, Indonesian, Portuguese, German, Bengali, Japanese, and Korean. Unlike other apps, Sezra thinks in your language — it does not translate from English.
How is Sezra different from Be My Eyes or Seeing AI?
Sezra works with one button and voice — no menus, no navigation. Be My Eyes requires waiting for a human volunteer. Seeing AI is iOS-only with limited languages. Neither has guard mode, household help, emergency shake, or a one-button interface. Sezra is built for blind people from the ground up, not adapted from a sighted app.
Does Sezra work without internet?
Core AI features require an internet connection to process images and understand voice. Emergency calling and basic phone functions work without internet. Offline AI mode is planned for a future update.
What phones does Sezra work on?
Sezra currently runs as a web app on any smartphone — iPhone or Android — through your browser. Dedicated iOS and Android native apps are coming in 2026 with faster performance and offline features.
